My Journey To Fitness

Hi, I'm Maddie. I am not happy (currently, but I plan on being happy soon!) about the way I have let myself go in the past year or so. I made it my New Years resolution to get fit. I don't want to be skin and bones, but I want to get more muscular and thinner. I have been working out non stop lately but I do allow myself a healthy rest day when I need it.
